On April 21, 2020, through the Dien Phuoc Commune's Fatherland Front Committee and the Red Cross of Dien Phuoc commune, Mr. Le Cao Dung - Project Director of VNHELP organization (Vietnam Health, Education and Literature Projects) in Da Nang awarded 450 gifts which are daily necessities and cash worth 500,000 VND each for families who are difficult due to Covid-19 epidemic in 8 hamlets of the commune.
