Although Dien Ban town has achieved results in the field of culture, there are still many issues that need attention: Building new rural culture and civilized urban areas is not very sustainable; Thanh Chiem Palace Park, the NationalScript stele, the Statue Garden of Famous People have been slow; The management and exploitation of amusement and entertainment areas to serve local people is not very effective in some places. Many Dien Ban cultural and historical celebrities have not been researched, collected, and fully updated; Some cultural and historical relics have not been restored or promoted. Due to policy constraints, cultural - historical attractions and Dien Ban Museum are not open regularly, lacking human resources to manage and guide.
Central and provincial government have issued many resolutions on cultural development. Van Ly Bridge connects the two Thu river banks, forming a traffic axis running through Hoi An to Quang Nam western region, arousing Go Noi cultural sediments - a valuable resource to enrich Quang Nam cultural life. To connect with Da Nang, the Northern Quang Nam ring road has been started starting from Quang Da bridge, crossing the Yen river, railway and highway, connecting a strip from Hoa Tien commune of Da Nang to the beautiful Viem Dong beach of Dien Ban.
