  + Thuong Tin Industrial Cluster: was planned (1/500) with the area of 40.01 ha, in which, 33.16 ha of the agricultural production land. Six enterprises have invested recently, with a total area of ​​14.31 ha equivalent occupancy rate is 43.15 % . 18.86 ha of agricultuaral production land have not yet invested.

+ An Luu Industrial Cluster: was planned (1/500) with the area of ​​51.66 ha, in which, 29.85 ha of the agricultural production land. Currently, there are six enterprises investing in the cluster with the total area of ​​11.38 ha, the occupancy rate is 31.07 %. 17.47 ha of agricultural production land have not been invested.

-         Price of land for lease: The below price will be adjusted every 5 years

   + 50 years for rent and pay one-time: 760.000VND/m2 (equivalent to 6.3 USD/m2)

   + Annual payment: 13.000VND/m2 (equivalent to 0.62 USD/m2 )

Sectors attracting investment: Producing readymade garments; sewing clothing; producing knitwear; footwear manufacturing, producing forest products (excluding timber), straw and plaiting materials; manufacturing motorcycles, motorbikes, bicycles and vehicles for the disabled, electronic, mechanics and less environmental polluting industry.

2/ Dong Khuong traditional craft village:

It is located in Dien Phuong Commune, Dien Ban District, Quang Nam Province; 25 km from Da nang city and Da Nang airport, 27km from Da Nang Port to the North; 8 km from Hoi An city to the East; 3 km from the Administrative Center of Dien Ban district.

- Transportation network: It is located on the National Route 1A, so it is very convenient to connect to other localities.
