Attending the meeting, the representatives  of government are the leaders of Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Natural Resources - Environment, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Juridical Commiittee of National Assembly. On the side of Quang Nam province, Mr. Huynh Khanh Toan - Vice Chairman of Quang Nam People’s Committe, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Director of  Department of Home Affairs, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of Dien Ban District People’s Committee and the leaders of Division of Home Affairs, Division of Economy - Infrastructure, Division of Finance - Planning attended.

At the meeting, after hearing Mr. Le Tri Thanh presented the scheme and answer the related issues, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs – Mr. Nguyen Duy Thang highly appreciated and recommended Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with the local authorities complete the scheme and transfer to the Government scheme to submit the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in the shortest time.
