In the report of the Dien Ban district People's Committee, for mechanical population, labor force have increased rapidly in the Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park (about 30,000 people) so that the number of children  wili be in pre-school, kindergarten and primary have also risen. Therefore, the actual schools did not meet the demand. The local government has also encouraged opening of the private school, private nursery in order to solve a number of children are going to school. However, this is only temporary solution. The People’s Committee of Dien Ban distrist proposed the solutions to support investing in new constructions, expanding the existing schools in the Eastern communes of Dien Ban in 2015 and the following years.

After hearing opinions of other delegates, Mr. Nguyen Chin mentioned that the viewpoints, solutions in schools’ facilities for workers’ children from other places to work in Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park are necessary and legitimate. Quang Nam People’s Committe will have plans to calculate the land fund, the suitable investment direction in bulding schools. Solutions for this field should have vision and strategy for next 10 to 20 years. When Dien Ban becomes to Town, a number of workers and their children will continue to increase in Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial  Park. Before the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Chin went to check the classrooms, worked with local authorities of Eastern Communes of Dien Ban to grasp the situation.
