After exchanging compliments, Mr Jorge Rondón Uzcátegui lit incense and saw some images and old documents were displayed in the memorial house of heroic martyr Nguyen Van Troi. Here he expressed his respect and deference to Vietnamese hero Nguyen Van Troi. He also reminisced about event Caracas guerillas had arrested lieutenant-colonel Micheal Smolen to exchange of Troi, a commando soldier of Viet Nam. Ambassador Jorge Rondón Uzcátegui also expressed his pleasure and pride when visiting the country of hero Nguyen Van Troi. Nguyen Van Troi has been the influential people to Venezuelan and thanks to Nguyen Van Troi, Viet Nam and Venezuela have a friendship and unity. In Venezuela, Nguyen Van Troi has been considered a historical figure.
On this occasion, the Venezuela Ambassador had a talk with teachers, students of the secondary school Nguyen Van Troi, he also presented 10 computers for learning and teaching to Nguyen Van Troi school. Dien Ban museum was the final destination of his trip to Dien Ban.
