The Representatives of agencies, departments, organizations and  enterprises in the district congratulated the considerable achievements made in the past years of Party  and People. Under the leadership of the Communist Party and the guidance of District Party Committee, district's economy has continuously increased  growth rate, the activities of commercial business and services have stable developed, Social Culture has achieved more remarkable results, national defense and security have been maintained stability, the face of rural countryside has started take off clearly. Especially, Dien Ban District is going to be recognized as town by the Government. That is the worthy achievement of our district through many years of constant efforts.

On behalf of District Party Committee, Mr Le Than hope that agencies, departments, associations and businesses in the district continue to promote the results achieved, well manage,  operate nearly, properly and timely, follow units closely,  promulgate appropriate directions and policies so that Dien Ban district continues to develop comprehensively; and he hope that in the current period, officials, Party officials and people promote the tradition of 85-year  Communist Party of Vietnam to continue to build unity and effort to national construction more and more prosperous, civilized. That is worthy of glorious revolutionary tradition of last generations.
