Attending the meeting were Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Construction,  Ministry of Transport, Government Office. On the part of Quang Nam provine were Mr. Dinh Van Thu - Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committe and Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of Dien Ban District People's Committee.

After considering Statement No.  44/TT-CP of February 04, 2014 accompanied by The Scheme establishing Dien Ban town and 7 wards under town and on the basis of the report presented by the  the Ministry of Internal Affairs and local accountability about establishing Dien Ban Town, speaking in conclusion at the meeting,  Party Central Committee Member, Mr. Uong Chung Luu - Vice chairman of the National Assembly and NA Standing Committee member - Mr Phan Trung Ly - Chairman of the NA Law Committee along with meeting members highly appreciated and agreed to approve the scheme in order to submit to  National Assembly Standing Committee for  promulgating Resolution in the 3rd meeting in early March, 2015.

This's a meeting that would decide the recognition of Dien Ban town in the next time.
