Go Noi is known as "a sacred land with extraordinary people", "land of studying  ", "land of the competition-examination", "Four Tigers graduate" ... closely linking to the names of celebrities, popular patriots such as Hoang Dieu, Pham Phu Thu, Tran Cao Van, Pham Tuan, Phan Thanh Tai, Phan Thanh, Phan Boi ... Go Noi also was been losses in war with "Nhat cu chi - Nhi Go Noi". This place was bright with the heroic qualities of faithful people...

Escaping from war, Go Noi was empty-handed with difficulties still accumulating, desolate houses, fields was full of landmines. Go Noi people are never back down. After country reconstruction, the local started to focus resources on investing  in infrastructure development, social economy development, taking care of people's lives. Today after fourty years of country's complete independence,those who come to Go Noi are astonished to look at the marvellous change of this land. Infrastructure is built fairly synchronously and spaciously. The route 610B connecting through 3 communes from An Hà hamlet, Dien Phong commune to Van Ly hamlet, Dien Quang commune is wide, concreted. The road light is shining brightly at night not being different with city. This road was both narrow, rough and muddy formerly. Local people enthusiastic responded to the policy upgrading and expanding road, voluntarily donated land, dismantled, fences, gateway, trees, valuable structures. Following the slogan “the government and people working together”, most of the inter-communal roads, inter-village and inter-village has been renovated and expanded according to new rural standards.

Along with the cultivation model providing farmers with high source of income, Go Noi people has invested in fattening of beef cows right in cowshed by profuse grass source in the local and by-products from agriculture. Every year, there are from 5,500 to 6,000 cows in this region in which the rate of cross-bred cows make up majority. In Dien Quang alone, there are 1000 households fattening cows right in cowshed with total of cows from 3000 – 2000 cows in which there are 1000 household breeding from 5 cows up. The most is from 13 to 15 cows per a household  and the least from 2 to 3 cows  per a household. After 8 to 10 months, cows are offered to the market, benefits gained from VND 1,2 million to VND 1,5 million/cow/month after deducting expenses of breeder. Total value of agricultural sector of Dien Quang commune reaches VND 120 billion of  which the value of this breeding model accounts for more than half.

According to Mr. Phan Minh Dung - Vice Chairman of Dien Ban District People's Committee, the dynamics of the local government, the "Be dreamer-Be doer" of farmer created a new breakthrough in the way of doing. Thus, local people income is more and more developing. When the economic develop, the material life and spirit of the people is enhanced.

School network base in Go Noi is invested in building. Up to now, most of the schools from the primary level to the junior level in Go Noi are built follow high storey style spaciously, many equipments for teaching and learning is invested contributing to improving education’s quality. For several years, levels of education such as secondary, primary and kindergarten of three communes in Go Noi, Dien Ban have achieved and maintain national standard. Among them, Phan Triem kindergarten, Tran Thi Ly primary school and Phan Thanh primary school have achieved national standard at level two ... primary health care and disease prevention has been paid attention to far. Health stations in Go Noi achieved new national standards meeting health needs for local people.

Determining environment protection is one of important criterias in new rural construction process. Thus, the administrations of three communes in Go Noi focus on this field a lot. Beside collection and treatment of waste team done by the cooperative of general bussiness services for many years, there are over 90 percent households in Dien trung and Dien Phong joining. Thus, rural environment pollution is considerably improved. The movement of the whole people unite to build cultural life is also aroused strongly and step by step deepened. 100 % of hamlets in Go Noi have culture houses, welcome gates and cultural institutions which are consolidating and built fairly completely. Local people's houses is renovated.

 Dien Ban land is illuminated in bright sunlight of spring coming. Coming to Go Noi to day to see changes day by day with wide village streets, planning houses decently,  spacious constructions, we will feel a aspiration for rising to the new height of the hero land in war and renovation period. Go Noi was recognized having 19/19 national criterias about new rural constructions completed.
