More than 300 people including town planning experts, scientists, architects of research institutes, associations, universities from central to local levels ... as well as  representatives of the leadership of ministries, branches at the central and neighboring provinces participated in the workshop.

The discussion in the workshop focused on four main problem groups: identifying urban Dien Ban to orientate uniform investment in technical infrastructure - social and architecture space, linking in harmony with  to Da nang and Hoi An; Adjusting the development of industrial zone-clusters towards ecological industry, minimizing environmental impacts; Exploiting the value of culture, history and nature of Dien Ban to develop unique tourism products having great attraction; Developing clean agriculture to serve the needs of town, industry and tourism.

  Through the workshop, Dien Ban recieved many ideas, positive proposals from experts, scientists and managers to guide the process of development of urban Dien Ban in current and future.
