In 2014, these movements were closely directed with interest by levels of leadership and responded enthusiastically by the whole people and whole officers. The whole district had 46,766 households achieving cultural family (92.4%), 130 hamlets achieving cultural standard (71.4%), 08 communes recognized the cultural commune, the cultural town, 07 civilized urban streets.
There were 154/171 offices, enterprises reaching cultural standard 2014, over 90% of officers' household achieving cultural family standard in the district. The conference also gave merit certificates to 20 households, 17 cultural outstanding families in 2104.
