We had a good starting with Triem Tay tourist village - Dien Phuong commune, a pure Vietnamese village with peaceful landscape, near Hoi An ancient town which has been the international organizations such as UNESCO, ILO concerne the technical assistance and fund to implement the construction of many unique tourism products. If people here have the perseverance with high consensus, local government focus on directing with clear objectives, integrate the capitals to support and actively encouraging enterprises to cooperate with the people, this makes sure that this place will certainly be a popular tourist destination. From Triem Tay project, we will continue to invest in coastal tourist village at Ha Quang Bac hamlet, Dien Duong commune to add the missing products on Da Nang - Hoi An axis road. In the first step, we have motived the organizations such as: UNESCO, JICA and the UN – HABITAT concerned. Not far from the above places, Dien Duong fishing village is planned to greeny landscaping and soften infrastructure to integrate harmoniously arranging resettlement and community tourism. In addition to the above tourism form, a great opportunity opennings for Dien Ban from Co Co river dredging linked to Danang to Hoi An to establishing river tourist routes connecting the old town and the new town. Both sides of this river, 11km through Dien Ban district, in addition to creating a beautiful landscape, motivating development for the region, if knowing exploitating the stops, the piers for enjoyment, entertainment, food... would be extremely interesting. That is a clear picture and Da Nang is on a master plan for this content. The remaining problem is how Dien Ban and Hoi An connect.

For the national target program on building new rural areas, Dien Ban is one of the two leading districts of Quang Nam province with 3 Go Noi communes (Dien Quang, Dien Trung, Dien Phong) finished before 1 year. Dien Hong, Dien Tho, Dien Phuoc has reached 16 - 17/19 criteria, in the end of 2014 adding Dien Thang Nam commune (achieved 16/19 criteria) certainly will complete construction of rural new in time (in 2015). In the agriculture development, the most important is the effective exploitation of cultivated area, enhance the value of production per a cultivated hectare. If we want to do that, we must first focus on directing agricultural production in time, scientific to ensure irrigation and better disease prevention. Besides, regrouping of land need to be hurry to formating the large fields associated with scheme implementation in concrete canals, internal rural transportation, irrigation, soil; resolutely innovative the cooperatives to cooperate with the enterprises to invest in agriculture indirectly (currently rice seed model) or directly (allocation for businesses to invest and cooperate with the people to produce in correct engineering process, procurement output). It can be affirmed that, in the specific conditions of Vietnam, there is no attached relationship between the businesses - the cooperative - the farmers, the stabilble solution of agricultural production, improving farmers' lives forever in slogan; household economic difficulties and economic development of small farms. Dien Ban district is affected by severed weather in the central region, climate change and rised sea level should be no more favorable for agricultural production, but the prime location adjacent to Da Nang large urban and Hoi An tourist center, so that it should cooperate with the businesses to cultivate, produce vegetables, fresh food supplying for these markets. This is an inevitable and sustainable direction, and the farmers can get rich on his own land, not vicious and precarious like today. Two basic elements need to: 1) Accumulation of large-scale land investments and infrastructure with agriculture standards; 2) Changing habits, modes of production from small-scale farmers to produce goods. If we want that requires strong political commitment of the political system of all level and the high self-consciousness of the people, which must accept the disturbance, marginalization today in exchange for sustainable development in the future in our own country for future generations.

For the new rural construction, we are proud to be one of the leading local in the province. But how "new" is. If reaching enough 19/19 criteria shall be recognized as "new" - according to the grading of the authorities based on a Set of national criteria for the new rural construction. But to be recognized by the majority of all classes, of far-from-homeland-people, the visitors... we are still lacking of. Apart from the above reorganization of agricultural production, building rural in Dien Ban town has to focus on particular attention to embellish the landscape of village streets; sanitation; mixed garden renovation and building refurbishment; increasing the rate of using traditional architecture and natural material sources; actively planting, greening fence, gates; changing backward habit livings; enhancing family’s role in the education of our children; preservation and promotion of culture-sport tradition activities; recovery, restoration of monuments; replicating the autonomous security model, a community for sustainable poverty reduction model; sensitize, create stable jobs for the addicted drugs people, the bad youths, expired crime back to the local; making the condition for the handmade facilities put the processing line at the family for older workers... It is noted that not so hasty and unconscious stereotypes leading to the countryside will be rough and variegated urbanization. New rural construction is a long-lasting process, even on next decades after completing 19/19 criteria, in which must focus on improving the spiritual and material life for the people in the countryside. The rural appearance corresponds nicely to the overall development of Dien Ban town, but it should be guided and controlled strictly to urban is urban, rural is rural. Our land is developing, we must keep the "quality", the "soul" of our coutryside - thus increasing the different values in a unified thing.
2015 is the last year of term 2011- 2015, the Party and the Government of Dien Ban district should really recognize the existences, analyze the objective and subjective causes in order to have overcomes, innovations more worthy of a town in the key economic regions of Central Vietnam. To build Dien Ban both strength and richy identiry, we need more drastic changes in thinking and action on the basis of exact location, with the scientific basic about the role and position of Dien Ban town in this region. In spite of many difficulties and challenges, but we firmly believe that we will pass and move faster, stronger forward, building Dien Ban town for rich economic, beautiful culture, strong defense - security.
